"Always amazing staff"

"This is the first time I have ever written a negative review on Facebook about any company. I go to this sport clips every time I get a hair cut, and have been for the past 2 years ever since I moved to this area. I have had great hair cuts, and some that were just ok, but I always came back due to the great staff and fun experience. Let me tell you about my experience tonight. I get to the store at 7:16, 44 minutes before they close. It took over 30 minutes to get a stylist which is no big deal, they were busy. Casey, who cut my hair, clearly didn’t care about me or my hair cut, and just wanted to get out of there. She cut my hair 100 miles per hour, literally didn’t even ask me if I liked it before she said let’s go to the back to finish the mvp. Gave me my shampoo and head rub for a whopping 30 seconds, and the shoulder massage was about 30 seconds also. I watched her with the guy before me, and she took her time, lined his beard up and everything. She didn’t offer, didn’t ask if I wanted that or even if I liked my hair cut. She didn’t do a bad job on the hair cut but that’s not the point. I felt undervalued, and that she couldn’t care less and was just ready to leave. I bought some product there also, and even tipped her 7$ on a 23$ haircut. 50$ in total, and that will be the last time I spend money there unless someone makes this right. What a shame I loved going to this place until Casey gave me a terrible experience. I doubt I’ll go back, and if i do I definitely don’t want to deal with her."

"Have been getting my hair cut at sports clips for about 5 - 6 years now !! Have only had one bad experience in all of that time !! And they are working on fixing the problem for me at this point in time !! So I will have to keep you posted on how they do at getting it fixed up for me !! But other than that one mess up, they have been doing a great job at cutting my hair !!"

"I've been going here since 2015! The service is always great and the ladies are always courteous and remember you, along with your haircut, from one time to the next! I have never had a bad haircut or experience!"

"WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!! Stylist was only concerned about upgrading me and selling me stuff I didn't want or need. She took less than 10 minutes for the haircut, and it's totally uneven on both sides of my head. Didn't show me the back of my head after completion with mirror, like everyone who has ever cut my hair has done. Didn't say how does that look when finished. Didn't ask if she took off enough on the top. She did say how does that feel, and I said much better since she cut off a ton of hair. When I got home and looked at it, I realized I just wasted $20. I am going to have to pay to have it fixed. I am done with sports clips, they have been going downhill for a while, but now we dropped off the cliff."
